For years, from every audio show I’ve attended, I’ve shared what I call “Turntable Eye Candy” so here goes!
The Anniversary Edition of the AMG Giro Turntable and the new 9-inch AMG Tubo Tonearm. In this edition, they are both blue instead of black.
The incredible Kronos Pro Turntable is definitely a head-turner.
A little from memory lane, a Goldmund Turntable, and a Rabco Tonearm have a retro look.
The Pro-Ject RPM-1 Carbon is a very nice looking and sounding turntable for the money.
The Music Hall MMF 2.3 Spacial Edition is simple but elegant.
I was impressed with the build quality of the U-Turn Orbit Plus.
VPI Turntables were in several rooms, I know the Primes are really popular but I preferred the look of the Classic.
The Feickert Woodpecker is a belt-driven turntable with a proprietary-software-controlled DC motor.
Spiral Groove’s new Revolution Turntable got my attention.
There just something about the Feickert Blackbird Turntable.
The Continuum Audio Labs’ Obsidian Turntable with the Viper Tonearm speaks for itself.
The Spiral Groove SG 1.2 Turntable and Centroid Tonearm are so sleek.
There were at least four rooms with Linn Sondek LP 12 Turntable. Nice to see a classic still being improved.
This is one of my favorite vintage turntables from Luxman.
I saw several Technics Turntables at the show.
Pear Audio makes some beautiful turntables, this one is called the Kid Punch.
Stay tuned, Turntable Eye Candy Part 2 will be up tomorrow.
