At Rocky Mountain Audio Fest 2017, Audio-Technica will be showcasing a variety of its high-end audio products, including the North American premiere of its new top of the line ATH-ADX5000 headphones. Product highlights include the following:

The new ATH-ADX5000 Air Dynamic Headphones are the finest ever created by Audio-Technica, designed to deliver extraordinary audio performance. The open-air ATH-ADX5000 (SRP: US$1,999.00) is engineered from the ground up and along with other advancements features the company’s patent-pending Core Mount Technology (CMT), which optimizes the geometric relationship between the driver, its acoustic chamber and damper to precisely control the driver’s performance parameters and frequency balance. The result is natural, nuanced and effortlessly dynamic music reproduction from Hi-Res Audio and other sources.

Winner of a CES 2017 Innovation Honoree award, the ATH-DSR9BT wireless headphones with Pure Digital Drive is one of the first to use Audio-Technica’s exclusive Pure Digital Drive system, which keeps the audio signal completely digital from source to driver. The Hi-Res Audio-capable ATH-DSR9BT features breakthrough Dnote technology instead of the D/A converters and processors typically used, to offer never-before-available wireless Bluetooth headphone sound quality. (US$549.00)

The rave-reviewed AT-ART1000 Direct Power Stereo Moving Coil Cartridge features a design that places its dual moving coils directly on top of the stylus tip rather than at the base of the cantilever as in conventional designs, enabling the cartridge to deliver purer, more accurate record playback with stunning fidelity (US$4,999.00).

These and other products will be demonstrated at Rocky Mountain Audio Fest at the Denver Marriott Tech Center, 4900 S. Syracuse St, Denver, CO, October 6 – 8, 2017.

All products except the AT-ART1000 will be on exhibit in the CanJam area. The AT-ART1000 will be featured as part of a complete high-end vinyl playback system in Classic Album Sundays Room 2030.
